AP Physics 2 Tutoring

Our private online AP Physics 2 tutoring provides well-rounded support in every step of your learning journey.

Overwhelmed by your AP Physics 2 class?

Like AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2 is an Algebra-based, college-level Physics course that explores and delves into more advanced topics. It is a second-year Physics course designed to be a follow-up to AP Physics 1. Although it adopts the same course philosophy and progression, AP Physics 2 extends the course material to cover topics like fluids and thermal Physics as well as expands the lessons on electrostatics, electrical circuits, optics, and modern Physics.

AP Physics 2 is the equivalent of a second-semester introductory college course in Algebra-based Physics. The AP Board recommends that students complete AP Physics 1 or a comparable introductory course before taking the class. AP Physics 2 involves mathematical reasoning and problem-solving, but a stronger focus is given to conceptual understanding and critical thinking.

Aside from calculations, students taking AP Physics 2 will find themselves doing plenty of reading, structured writing, experimental design, and critical thinking. Stemly’s private online AP Physics 2 tutoring strategy ensures that you are able to meet the demands of your curriculum while helping to develop your love and passion for Physics.
